Refer to my post in the other thread. I have a legal ISO of the game (which I can probably organise to get you a copy of), and you can source them from torrent sites anyway. No problem doing this as long as you are the legal owner of the disc in the first place.

I own a legal copy of the disc (somewhere around...) which I got off eBay AU a few years ago - still in it's original box with the manuals, in pretty good shape too. I created an ISO image of the disc and run it off daemon tools so as never to touch the disc, or worry about it overly much if it ever...

The above seems not as useful as I'd hoped - I've had a few issues since, namely the game not responding, both during regular play and during the race selection screen (it doesn't display any character animations either. Perhaps it's a memory utilisation issue?)

Hey Guys - Just yesterday I tried installing on Win7 x86. The install went perfectly and I could even play. The problem arose a little later in the game when I zoomed into a territory - the mouse pointer changed to the 'thinking' icon for a couple seconds, then the game crashed. I reopened each time...
