i found a great fix for that: simply updated the graphic drivers and downloaded a nice utility from the producer to scale up the screen. it runs fine, with sounds, cinematic and everything.

i've seen the sunk sea platform...you can also make it ingame, by giving 'town center' ( or 'attack building'? don't remember) target to planes or rockets (perhaps also ships? dont remember) when attacking the platform. you will destroy it like a juggernaut tarth does.

what do you need them for?
however im quite good at 3d modelling, i can easily reproduce the buildings and use the powerful means of nowdays since we're not in 1998 anymore
