Open Deadlock clone

On January 1st, 2016, OpenDeadlock was moved into Prealpha state.

This means we are going to need alpha testers soon.

OpenDeadlock (project registration date) is now three years old.

I still have more news to share. We had updates for both decoding and coding subprojects.

Test releases are coming up soon as well.

And yes, I know we are apparently late, however, we have changed the schedule to provide a better version, I hope you understand.
