DL2 official site has been disatended a long time ago

Welcome to the forum, Conecciones.
Patch the game to version 1.2, this will add the map and scenario editor. You can get the patch from the downloads page of the main site.

I try to install the 1.20 patch, but it says "Old File Not Found"

Are you using a localised version of Deadlock II? That might cause the patch to not work.
Anyway,
here are the files the patch installs. Just copy them into the directory where Deadlock II is installed.
