i can open it as soon as somebody agrees with it...
You are free to try but I would prefer it to focus on this website.
When considering other communities I know, there's a trend of drifting from forums towards Facebook.
We need a plan to encourage people to use this website as well.

Also, I don't plan to use Facebook for this kind of matchmaking.

I mean, I think that the best would be to create some board here and share it on Facebook, Twitter, anywhere.

Thanks for your cooperation TD!

I don't know Virtual box but I have a win XP laptop which I can use. The only problem is I can't get it connected since last time I brought it to repair...
However I know hamachi very well as I use it often for Heroes of might and magic IV.

Unfortunately, using a native XP with hamachi hardly works with DL2 because DL2 has trouble with multiple network interfaces.
Then, the best to do is to use a virtual machine and attach a virtual network interface to hamachi or other internet tunneling tool.

That's why I recommend using it under Virtual Box (a free virtual machine tool). TD is working on a how to guide, but we need more details on how to push forward to connect it for a multiplayer game.

Besides TD, I have worked hard with Ubergeneral Grunt and RenanSPH (also GalliusIV members) trying to come with the easiest way. Using VirtualBox is still the easiest way we know. Yet, it is still not straight forward, I am afraid...
