Deadlock II campaign : can I disable fast production?

I'm playing Deadlock II's campaign (the Uva Mosk) which features fast production. Is there a way to disable it during the campaign game?

Looking I have not found. So I do not think you can do that.

Now that I'm playing the Human's campaign, fast production is less of an advantage. During the Uva Mosk campaign, it was rediculous. The existing 2x bonus became 4x plus I can create my own bonus squares (Uva Commander + patience).
